Ladder Rack Compatible with Roll-Up Tonneau Cover on 2020 Ford F-250

Question:

Im getting a 2020 F-250 super duty soon. It will have a roll and lock top on it. Can I make this rack work? Better yet, why doesnt anyone make a rack that will fit in the stake pockets and you can bolt them on through the holes in your bed. I had one made but it was too heavy and my front stake pocket enlarged from the rack. I currently have a 2015 F-250.

Ladder racks and tonneau bed covers can be compatible with one another so long as they do not use the same mounting points on the truck bed and so long as the rack's uprights do not interfere with folding or rolling up the cover.

Since the Adarac ladder rack # A70611 mounts on top of the bed rails using the stake pockets (it does not mount inside the bed rails) it will be compatible with a roll-up cover that installs inside the rails. The two items will not interfere with each other as long as they do not use the same mounting point on the truck. Please refer to the linked photo that shows the rack installed along with an inside-the-rails roll up cover. A hard folding type cover will not work with this ladder rack since the rack uprights angle inward and would prevent folding the sections of the cover.
