Can Cradles on Curt Premium 5 Bike Rack Be Adjusted to Create More Bike Spacing
Question:
Lets say Im only hauling 3 bikes this trip. Can I move the brackets to put more distance the bikes?

Yes, the cradles for the Curt Premium 5 Bike Rack # C18065 can be adjusted along the support bars to create more space between the bikes when you aren't loading up 5 bikes. It does take quite a bit of effort to slide them along the bars (which prevents it from happening during travel) but they can be moved. Just be sure you still load the heaviest bike closest to the rear of the vehicle.
