Torque Values for Hardware of Sidewinder

Question:

I had my sidewinder installed at the dealer and had issues with the king pin not locking on, returned to the dealer and was given instructions on how to deal with the issue. This is the first time I have ever done any fifth wheel towing and seem to believe that I should be able to get under the trailer at any angle. Turns out I have to be level and straight to get it to work. I plan on practicing and would like to know the torque values for the wedge and the four bolts on top. Your help is greatly appreciated,

With the Sidewinders like the part # RP61422 here's the torque values for all of the bolts:

A. 1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs
B. 5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs
C. 3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs

According to Reese on a Sidewinder you will only tighten the (2) 5/8-11 X 1 3/4 inch wedge bolts until the lock washers begin to engage. The wedge should be allowed to slide with the rap of a hammer or mallet. There are no specific torque ratings on the wedge. If you tap on it with a hammer and it does not move, you know the bolts are too tight.
