I checked with Draw-Tite and unfortunately there is not a rail kit available that will let you install the older Bulldog model 947533 gooseneck hitch on your 2018 Ram 2500. Your only option will be with a new hitch and rails. For this I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose # 9467. This hitch features a pop-up ball that can easily be removed to allow for a clean bed when you aren't towing and a towing weight capacity of 20,000 pounds.

I have attached an installation video and the written manual that you can use for reference. The mounting brackets and all the needed hardware is included.
