Edge Performance Kit with Evolution CTS2 Tuner, Jammer Air Intake, and Jammer Exhaust # EP29120-D that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Chevy Silverado Duramax diesel. I can't recommend a way to remove the muffler to straight pipe your vehicle as that's an emissions thing we can't recommend you go against. But let's say this was an off-road application the best recommendation I could make would be to take the kit (or the truck with kit installed) to an exhaust shop and they'd easily be able to cut out the muffler and weld a straight pipe in it's place.
