I checked with Edge and the CS2 part # EP85350 that you referenced has three levels for your 2018 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 liter V8.

87 octane tune adds 24 HP & 25 LB-FT of Torque
Tow tune adds 30 HP & 31 LB-FT of Torque
Extreme tune adds 49 HP & 62 LB-FT of Torque
