Configuring the Remote to Ground Control
Question:
I have a 2014 Forest River, Wildwood, 31BKIS Bought second hand not from dealer. New to the technology of campers. The camper came with a LCI Wireless remote, so Im assuming it should have the auto leveling features. I need to locate the control panel which ill do later today, but the screen on the wireless remote is blank. The backlight comes on, so there is power, but its just blank. Is there a way to reset it? Should it be a connection issue to the control panel? Help!

The remote control for the Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 or # LC675817 needs to be configured and you will need to enter a PIN. However, if only the backlight is on and not the rest it is very likely the remote has not been fully charged. If it has and you are still not getting functionality you will need the Replacement Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC358601
