For the most part it looks like a 2007 Ford F-150 with the 5.4L V8 can tow an 8,000 lb trailer but I'll need to know what size cab you have, what your wheelbase is, and if you have a 2WD or 4WD before I can confirm this as there are a range of towing capacities between 5,100 lbs - 11,000 lbs (although most seem to meet or exceed 8,000 lbs).
