Will the rm-rsscp30 fit my 1996 Winnebago brave? The one on there now looks just like this just minus the spring. Thanks for your time!

The steering stabilizer that you need is Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Motor Homes part # RM-RBK3-RSSP30 for the 1996 Winnebago Brave. This steering Stabilizer fits Winnebago Brave model years 1981-1999. The Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RSSCP30 that you referenced is a fit for various other motor homes but does not fit the Winnebagos.
