Bolt Torque Specs for Center Section Bolts On Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch RP30081
Question:
No where in the paper work does it state how many ft lb of torque to tighten the bolts that connects the legs to the center section . - and I presume the wedge bolts are still at 150 lb.—-help! Hitch is a 30081 — 20,000 lb

The 1/2" bolts that attach the center section to the legs on the Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30081 will need to be torqued to 75 ft. lbs. as of June 2019. The 5th Airborne Custom Wedge part # SWW-01 will need to be torqued to 150 ft. lbs. as of June 2019. If you need a torque wrench capable of these values then you can use the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench part # ALL944001.
