Screen Is Off Center When Watching A DVD With Jensen RV Stereo JWM60A
Question:
movies comes on but shows play movie cast etc., on right hand side. how do I scroll over to get it to play. also put a movie in and it came on as closed caption but I pushed the button on my remote but it did not take off the closed caption

I believe you are saying when you are trying to play a movie with the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM60A the DVD menu comes up half way off the screen to the right so you cannot click on play. If that is what you are saying, there is a zoom option on the Jensen remote that can be adjusted to normal view by selecting "ZOOM" and then "OFF". You may have zoomed off of the picture somehow.
There also may be an issue with the TV screen itself. Try to use your TV remote and go to menu and see if there is a picture menu. Then see if there is a size option or a zoom option. Jensen did say the remote should have turned off the subtitles. If you have a subtitle option on your TV remote try to turn them off that way as well.
