Installation of Powered Drive Kit for Bulldog Jack BD183816

Hi, I am trying to install a bulldog powered drive kit on a Bulldog #183816 two speed jack. However I am having issues following the instructions and videos to get the job done. Any help would be appreciated. The only directions I am able to find are directions for the single speed jacks. If I put it on the opposite side of the spare tire the shaft doesnt go in all the way because of the gear and if I put it on the same side as the spare tire there is play on the opposite side due to the removal of the square secondary gear box. Thanks!

For your Bulldog 2-Speed 10K Jack # BD183816 the powered drive kit to use is part # BD1824180100; I confirmed this with the tech team at Bulldog. The power drive kit will install with the motor on the inboard side, closer to the trailer. The written instructions for this kit are linked for reference.
