Recommended Weight Distribution System for 2018 Prime Time ATI Avenger Trailer
Question:
Hello, Im looking for a decent priced WD/Sway kit for my travel trailer. I just got a 2018 Prime Time ATI Avenger and will be pulling it with a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. My tongue weight looks to be 658 and dry weight at 5626. What recommendations do you have?

When picking out a weight distribution system it is important to determine your total tongue weight, which is the loaded tongue weight of the trailer plus any additional cargo weight coming from behind the rear axle of your Silverado. Ideally this number falls comfortably within the operating range for the system you choose.
If the 658 pound tongue weight you mentioned is with the trailer loaded I recommend taking a look at the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA92-00-1000. The Fastway e2 systems pair an economical price with excellent performance due to its integrated 2-Point sway control that will drastically limit any side-to-side movement and a simple install process with its clamp-on (no-drill) trailer frame brackets. This particular system features a tongue weight capacity of 600 to 1,000 pounds, matching your potential range nicely.
The only thing you will need to add to this setup if you don't have one already is a compatible hitch ball like the 2 inch # EQ91-00-6080 or the 2-5/16 inch # EQ91-00-6100.
I have attached a video demonstration and the written installation instructions that you can check out as well.
