Does A Weight Distribution System Need To Be Readjusted If I Lift My Truck
Question:
I have a leveling kit on my truck, do I need to add more ball angle on my Weight distribution hitch in order to compensate for that so my truck sits level and the weight is distributed more evenly?

It sounds like you are asking if your weight distribution system needs to be readjusted if the vehicle has been lifted/leveled since it was setup and if so then yes, you will need to change the hitch head height adjustment on the weight distribution shank and the angle of the heard or the tension on the spring bars.
Since the rear of the truck has been lifted/leveled you may need a longer shank as well in order to level the hitch ball to the trailer (before coupled) so in that case you can take a look at our selection of weight distribution shanks which I have attached for you. You will not need to match the brand of the shank with the brand of the weight distribution system.
