The replacement size for the A78x13ST original tire is the ST175/80-13. The overall diameter is 24.1 inches and the overall width is 7 inches. The difference for the letters in the sizes you mentioned is Load Range.
The best tire option we have for your size is the part # LHWL101 which is the size you need in the Load Range of C. This has a weight capacity of 1,360 lbs at 50 psi and a speed rating of 75 mph. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
