As long as the main frame on your Master Tow Dolly is no taller than 3 inches wide or 4 inches tall the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 that you referenced will work perfectly. This carrier is compatible with 4 on 4 inch and 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns with 10 inch diameter or lager wheels.
