Is Two Sets of Suspension Enhancement Needed for 2011 Ford F-150

Question:

Will the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle work with the road master active suspension custom leaf spring enhancement work together to improve towing capacity as well handling steering and braking?

The two kits can physically install together without interference but if you find yourself needing two sets of suspension enhancement on your towing setup you might be trying to tow more weight than the vehicle is rated for. One kit would be able to provide all of the support needed. I'd go with the RoadActive Suspension Kit part # RAS3611-Y over the Air Lift kit part # AL88200 that you referenced as it gives you the same support but also help greatly to reduce vehicle sway when towing and not towing.
