Spare Tire Bike Rack For 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser

Question:

After some research it appears that the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount, part # HRSR1 is a good option for me. My 2010 FJ Cruiser has a rear view camera mount in the spare as well as the plastic cover and LT265 75/16 tires. Please verify that this rack will work on my vehicle once the plastic cover has been removed.

Yes, The Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier part # HRSR1 fits spare tires up to 15" wide so your LT265 75/16 tires on the 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser will work fine. The bike rack itself will not damage the rear view camera but it will be partially blocked by the bikes. If you will be carrying bikes with a slanted cross tube like a women's or children's bike I recommend a bike frame adapter bar part # 64005. This adapter bar will give the bike a horizontal cross tube to hang the bike from.
