Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control ****ERROR*** Retract Timeout Code
Question:
I have the same issue as another poster. Error Retract Time Out and Return Leveler For Service showing on the control panel. Im planning a vacation in a couple days and was wondering if I continued to clear the code each time I retract the jacks, until I can get it in for service, am I risking any kind of failure?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and he said that if you are getting that code on your Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 or # LC675817 then it is definitely best to get it serviced before going on a trip. It could be that something is going on with the wiring and you definitely want your leveling system working correctly when you are out on a trip otherwise something else could go wrong and they might not work. This is especially the case if you have the hydraulic version as that error code means the correct pressure isn't being achieved.
One thing you can check is your battery. If you have the electric version then a bad battery or a weak ground can continuously trip this code as well.
