While we have roof baskets that fit the 30 inch crossbar spread of your 2018 Subaru Outback the Stallion basket part # 288-09200 that you referenced will not work for you as it only fits the spread range of 17-3/4" - 24-3/4".
For a similar priced cargo basket that fits your 30 inch spread well we have the Thule part # TH859XT which is a fit and has inside dimensions of 49" long x 40" wide x 6" tall.
