How Much Space Is Required Between Two Trailer Tires

4” spacing stock tires 3.2” spacing bigger tires live in Louisiana hauling to Colo. this summer.

I am not really sure what your exact question is but we recommend that you have around 4" of space between your trailer tires on a tandem or triple axle trailer. That said, I would say the 3.2" that you have now is also acceptable. There is not an industry standard for the space needed between the tires on a tandem or triple axle trailer but as said, 4" is a good rule of thumb.
