Will this fit my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and haul my bike safely from Arizona to Washington and back

The Thule Passage 2-Bike Carrier # TH910XT will absolutely fit your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and be a great way to safely haul your bikes from Arizona to Washington and back. The Passage uses anti-sway cradles which means your bikes are going to be secure to the rack and not come into contact with each other or your Pacifica.

Just keep in mind this bike rack has a 35 lb per-bike capacity so you need to make sure your bikes weigh less than that (which most do unless they are electric bikes) and you'll need bike frame adapter bar # TH982XT if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.

To protect your investments I do recommend adding Cable Lock # e98891 to secure your bikes to the rack and Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533 as a theft deterrent to secure the rack to your Pacifica.

Looking at the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mount for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Would be carrying a Cannondale Quick 2X Hybred. The center bar on the bike is not perfectly straight but close. Can one bike be mounted on the Thule without using an adapter bar, Looks like one of the customer photos on your site has a similar bike without the adapter bar,

I looked up some pictures of your Cannondale and I don't think an adapter bar will be needed. As you mentioned, the frame is straight enough to prevent any issues. An adapter bar would be a must for complete step-thru frames or funkier kids bikes that just have too much going on to allow those support arms to poke through. This isn't the case with your bike.
