The 947533 part number you provided refers to an older Bulldog Gooseneck Hitch and is just for the hitch itself so it's not really designed to fit specific truck models. This would be dependent on the particular mounting brackets and rails that are used.
I reached out to my contact at Bulldog and he said that unfortunately there aren't any brackets available that will let you install this hitch on your 2011 Ram 2500. Your only option will be to obtain a new hitch and rail kit.
