Selecting Replacement A-Frame Tongue Jack for 1984 Wilderness Trailer
Question:
What brand has 1 3/4 inter tube

Expert Reply:
Your photo shows that your A-frame tongue jack is a bolt-on side-wind type like # TJA-5000S-B and the others shown on the linked page.
The etrailer jack # TJA-5000S-B and the Pro Series jack # PSRV20000103 that you referenced have inner tubes with an inside diameter of 2"-inches and outside tubes with diameters of 2-1/2 inches which is very common. It is not really possible to tell the jack brand from the photo. It appears the jack may have been repainted which may have covered up the brand and part number information.
As you select a new tongue jack, you'll want to match up the weight rating to the trailer. Usually trailer tongue weight is about 15% of the total trailer weight so this will help you choose one with a high enough capacity. You also want to match the amount of lift that jack gives so that it will allow you to level the trailer. The linked article will help you.
