Difference Between Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars # RR43119B and # RR43137B

Question:

What is the difference between this RR43119B which appears to be in stock and Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Aero Bars # RR43137B which looks to be a special order? I have a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform 60inch x 49inch JA9133 and need accessory bars to carry a Thule cargo box.

The difference between the Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars # RR43119B and # RR43137B has to do with the actual crossbar designs.

The Heavy-Duty # RR43119B are rectangular bars that are built specifically to carry certain accessories like the Hi-Lift Jack and Shovel-Holder # RRRCB-RSHB-RJHB or the Spare Tire Carrier # RJBS and really wouldn't be the best option to use primarily with a cargo box like what you are wanting to do.

The Rhino-Rack Aero Accessory Bars # RR43137B on the other hand feature an aerodynamic design that works perfectly with cargo boxes or other standard accessories using either the integrated C-channels on the bars or with clamp-around hardware. These will provide a sleeker appearance on your Pioneer Rack and offer a much quieter ride with less wind drag when compared to the Heavy-Duty model.

Both items are currently available.
