Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for 5th Wheel Trailer Similar to Hollywood Racks Bike Rack

Question:

I have a Prime Time Forest River Crusader Lite 29 foot 5th wheel. There is a 2 inch receiver tube shackle bolted to the 4inch tube bumper that accommodates my two bike Hollywood brand rack. I viewed Adam Rs response to a question regarding Electra Townie bicycles unique frame configuration mounting problems and like the Ubar solution. Will a standard rear trailer bumper handle that much torquing, bouncing weight ?

First issue you'll have is that the Hollywood Racks bike racks are not rated for use behind fifth wheel campers as the ride quality there is very rough. We can't recommend you continue using your bike rack there as it most likely will fail over time.

The most similar bike rack to what you have that is rated for this type of application is the Swagman Dispatch part # S44FR. This has a 45 lb capacity per bike as well. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well. This could be used with a bike frame adapter bar like the part # UB01 as well.
