Would Ride Quality Change If Switching From Smaller Tire Size to Taller Tire Size
Question:
Can you switch from a 235 55 R17 to a 235 65 R17 and what difference will it make in the ride?

Those tire sizes sound like vehicle tire sizes as they aren't standard trailer tire sizes. The difference though would be a slightly taller tire. Assuming you had clearance you might notice a slightly smoother ride quality and bumps wouldn't be quite as intense. But it wouldn't be a night and day difference.
Your speedometer would slightly off too so that would need to be re-calibrated.
