Are Spacers Needed For the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs On A Lifted 2013 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I have 1” spacer on the rear axle so the 3” extensions is way to big so it the 1.5” extension I could measure but I had 2” lift installed / leveling kit so they only added 1” to the rear and two to the from t so what do I need to do

The Firestone Axle Bracket Extension Kits like part # F2506 are no longer required for a lifted 2013 Toyota Tundra when using the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445. I spoke with Firestone and they said that additional testing has since been done on the lower bracket and a connection between this and the axle tube is no longer needed for additional support. That said, if you like you can use the above Axle Bracket Extension Kit but it would need to be modified to work with a 1" lift either by taking an 1" off the bottom and then re-cutting the radius or by re-drilling holes in the top.
