Thanks for the photo and it looks like you have an idler hub so before adding electric brakes you need to switch to a hub and drum assembly. To do this you need to know the weight rating of your axle, and also what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
Additionally, you need to know your hub's wheel bolt pattern; if you do not know what it is I have added a help article which details how you can find it.
Once you know what hub you need you can find the appropriate electric brakes. For example if you have the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-K you would be able to use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA. You also need to make sure you have the appropriate brake mounting flange.
I have attached a link to a help article on all the parts you need to add electric drum brakes, which I strongly recommend reading.
