The Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap # LHCS102-SI60C that you referenced fits wheel pilot holes that are the common size 3.19-inches. This closely corresponds to your 82mm dimension (82mm = 3.22-inches). The nearest smaller and larger sizes are, respectively, 2.84-inches and 3.33-inches. Since the 3.19-inch size is more common it is likely that this item will fit fine. For a chrome cap in this size you can use # 319EZ which is 3-1/2-inches high.
