Purchased a new 2019 F350 without fifth wheel/ gooseneck prep installed. Since I’m starting with a blank slate, is there a prep kit that allows use of either or both types of hitch Ours is a crewcab, diesel, 8 ft bed.

For your 2019 Ford F-350 without the OEM rail kit the best solution to give you ability to tow either a gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer is going to be the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch/fifth wheel rail kit # BWGNRK1116 that you referenced. This is basically a gooseneck hitch that has the ability to have the Companion series fifth wheel hitches fit directly to. The Companion hitches are considered by most to be the nicest on the market as they are very well made here in the US, are easy to use, and have a jaw design that provides a very quiet and smooth ride.
The correct Companion hitch you'll need is based on the length of your truck bed. If it's a long bed truck you'll want the fixed hitch part # BWRVK3500 or if it's a short bed truck you'll want the slider version part # BWRVK3400.
