I have a Draw-Tite V-5 weight distributing hitch, part No. 03242 see attached photo. Will the Reese hardware kit #3229 work for my Draw-Tite hitch?

How and what hooks up to the lower locking holes.found hitch but i dont now how it hooks up.any help is graitly apresheated.thanks
