Will the BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock Work With The Emergency Key On a Jeep Grand Cherokee

Will this lock work wit the emergency key in the key fob in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee or does it only work with a regular ignition key which this vehicle doesn’t have?
