That will depend on the roads you travel. Oil filters are a tighter filter and a great option if you will see a lot of dusty or gravel roads. The oil just does a better job filtering off the dust than a dry filter. If you primarily are on dust-less streets a dry filter will work well and since it's easier to clean and way less messy it's the best option then.
So for an oiled cold air intake the Airair part # AR510-301 that you referenced is a great option confirmed to fit. For the same kit but with a dry filter you'd want the part # AR511-301.
