Does RockyMounts Truck Bed Bike Rack for Fork Mount Bikes # RKY10994-96 Come with Locks
Question:
I just placed an order for this, but looking at it again, its confusing as to whether or not locks are actually included. I paid the extra fee to have keyed alike - so I presume it included locks, but it does also say that locks are not included.

The RockyMounts Truck Bed Bike Rack for Fork Mount Bikes # RKY10994-96 that you referenced does come with locks and since you selected keyed alike and you ordered a few of these they all will come with the same lock core and matching key.
