How Does Reverse Lock Out Solenoid of Titan Surge Actuator part # T4339720 Wire to Trailer
Question:
I was disappointed that no instructions came with the product. I need to know how to connect the wires for the backup lockout cellenoid to my existing trailer wiring harness. I understand that one of the black wires connects to the backup light wire. . . But . . .Does other black wire get grounded to the frame of the trailer ?? . . . . Or . . . to the ground wire on the harness ?? Both may work but which way is recommended ?? Thank you

Wiring up the reverse lockout solenoid of your Titan actuator part # T4339720 is pretty simple but I apologize there weren't any included instructions. Basically either wire gets ran to the reverse light circuit and the other wire gets grounded to the trailer frame. It does not matter which wire gets used as they are not polarity sensitive.
