what keeps it from leaking out the hose fitting when the tank is full or almost full

The Tornado 360-Degree RV Holding Tank Rinser # CAM40126 has a built-in back flow preventer designed to prevent the rinse hose from allowing the tank to drain through it. Basically it has a one way valve that allows the hose to have water go only one direction through it.
