The Lippert Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778 is intended to replace either of two specific OEM pin boxes, a Lippert 1621 or 1621HD, and measures 28-11/16-inches from the rear outside edge of the mounting plates to the center of king pin. You can see this in the linked photo and compare to your current pin box.
This king pin includes an air spring and shock that will eliminate much of the chucking and road shock you feel now with your OEM pin box and not only will it cushion your ride, it will also improve handling and limit strain on both your truck and your trailer frame.
