Is it recommended to paint this rack Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000944? I have a Black 2019 Dodge Ram Crew cab with a 64 bed, and would like it to match the black truck color.

The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000944 that you referenced could be painted although it wasn't necessarily designed for that. It's aluminum so as long as you prep it properly and use the correct paint type for aluminum it would work fine. The paint on the bars might get chipped off if you plan to use them quite a bit.
