If you have a cover on your 2006 Silverado it will be a different model. If you click on the linked page you can select your pickup series (1500, 2500 or 3500) and your bed length/type to then see all covers that fit your specific truck. If you then click on Extang you'll see only their covers.

If this does not help you confirm which one you have you can check the tarp and rail parts on your truck to find their part numbers. This will make it easy to find the correct replacements.
