The towing capacity of your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 can be as high as 11,900 lbs but this would depend on what cab type, engine size, and axle ratio that you have. If you can provide me with these additional bits of info then I can give you an exact yes or no answer. Otherwise, you can look at your owner's manual starting on page 9-78.
If it turns out that you are equipped to tow the 2019 Jayco Eagle 330RSTS then you will be at the very upper end of your towing capacity which means you are going to want some sort of weight distribution system. For this, I recommend the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System part # C17501 which is rated for up to 1,500 lbs of tongue weight and comes with anti-sway control integration. That said, the tongue weight of your trailer would still likely be too much for a weight distribution system to handle alone so I also recommend using the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TGMRCK15S for additional support.
