Where To Install the Circuit Breaker for the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack

where do the circuit breakers go? by the battery or by the switch?

The 20 amp circuit breaker for the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack part # LC298707 should be installed inline between the positive terminal on the battery and the red wire on the rocker switch. It will need to be installed so that the power feed does not experience more than a 10% voltage drop between the power source and the motor connections while the circuit is under load. I recommend 6" from the positive terminal on the battery but the instructions do not specify an exact distance.
