We have no way to look up details on a small part like the lug nut used on a trailer that was made in 1969 and for a vintage camper like yours it is entirely possible that 50 years later it may no longer have the original axles and hubs on it. However, based on the 4K axle rating you mentioned you most likely have 1/2-inch wheel studs that will use a 60-degree lug nut like # CE11051.
