Recommended Replacement for Carrier AirV Roof Top AC Unit

Replacing carrier Air V roof top AC What do you recommend? Atwood #15027-22 ? Or. Cation? Or. ???

From my understanding the Carrier AirV AC units are ducted. If this is the case then the 13,500 Btu Atwood # AT15027-22 or the 15,000 Btu Atwood # AT15028-22 would be your best option as it comes with everything needed and would be a pretty simple installation.
The 15K option comes with a heat pump but the 13.5K option does not.
