This is a universal install kit that will fit pretty much any truck on the market. That said, it requires drilling into the frame which is not what I would recommend doing on a 2018 Ram 2500. Instead, I recommend you use the Husky Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # HT32556-686 because you don't have to drill any holes into the frame, just the bed floor which is unavoidable.
