Measuring a 5th Wheel Trailer Pin Box to Determine if a Sidewinder Will Fit
Question:
I have a lippent Corp. pin box. I do not know what the model # is but I found the serial # 019-000216859. What is the sidewinder I would need to fit the pin box and my pro series 16K 5th wheel hitch. Thanks

Normally, the pin box model number can be found on a metal tag or sticker on the pin box. It may be located on the side or on top of the pin box. There are several different Lippert models and we have different Sidewinders available depending on which model you have. If you are unable to locate the model number, you can take some measurements and I can determine which Sidewinder, if any, will fit. For example the # RP61412 will fit a Lippert 1116 or 1716 bolt pattern.
