It sounds like you're looking for the Kenda S-Trailer ST145/R12 tire, part # AM10140, on a wheel that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. If that's the case then you want part # AM31215. The 145/R12 is the closest radial size we have to a 4.80-12 size tire.
The wheel it's on is an aluminum 5-star wheel. I've linked a video of the tire by itself and the wheel and tire together for you.
