Locking Thule DockGrip Kayak and SUP Carrier to Roof Rack Crossbars

Is the DockGrip compatible with the TH450400 locking system?

The Thule DockGrip Kayak and SUP Carrier # TH895 won't work with the One-Key Lock Cylinders # TH450400 as there simply isn't a place for these to install. The cradles themselves aren't able to be locked to the crossbars unless you are mounting them to a T-track on the crossbars, in which case locking end caps on the crossbars would help protect them from theft.
Another option would be to just use a cable lock like # e98891 to weave through the cradles and around the crossbars to secure them into place.
To help deter theft of the kayaks when they're loaded you can add the Thule Multipurpose Locking Straps # TH832 which include locking cylinders and 2 keys. I have attached a short video review that you can check out.
