As long as you have a trailer hitch installed on your 2015 Toyota RAV4 like the Curt part # C13406 yes, the Saris Freedom part # SA4412B would fit and work well.
I really like this Curt hitch as it offers a more concealed look than other hitches available since only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper. See attached picture.
