Thule made the Sears X-Cargo Sport 20-SV for Sears and used their locking systems with the boxes. Thule stamped a key number on the keys and the locks so they can be easily replaced. All you have to do is look at the face of the lock to determine which key number you need as a replacement.

Your Sears X-Cargo Rooftop Cargo Carrier replacement key for key number 2808 is part # THKEYN2808. If you go to the product page you can put in the quantity you need and place the order. I recommend to purchase a couple of replacement keys in case the other key goes missing again.
